Our Services are completely No Win, No Fee. In the unlikely event that we do not win you a penny, you will not be charged a penny.
On average we win £350.00 per person, per flight. This is based upon a €400 win and the current exchange rate. Claims take on average 8—12 weeks and up to, or over 6 months if court action is required. Payments take 28—56 days and could take longer dependent upon airlines. We chase claims to fruition promptly in order to avoid payment delays.
In the event we win your claim, our fees are 30% + VAT totalling 36.00%.
This means if you win £100.00, you will receive £64.00, we will receive £30.00, and £6.00 will be paid to the HMRC in VAT.
By entering your details, you give us authority to handle your claim in full and agree not to intervene in any way. You agree to co-operate with us at all points of the claim. If you have an existing claim, you agree that we have authority to take over the claim.
If you receive any correspondence, regardless or its content, or payment directly, you MUST inform us immediately. If you receive payment directly, it is your responsibility to pay our Invoice without any delay.
If you receive payment directly and attempt to avoid payment, Court Action may be taken against you and you will be liable for costs, including the Court fees, Interest at the Court rates and any collection fees from a third party we chose to instruct.
